About the Role
We’re looking for a Laravel Developer with strong backend experience — and ideally some full-stack versatility — to join our growing development team. You’ll be working on the core projects and CRM systems that power our gaming and marketing operations.
The ecosystem is built around Laravel and Livewire, with a gradual migration toward Inertia and Vue.js. It’s a rich and interconnected environment where every feature matters — both for our internal teams and our players.
Our Stack
• Backend: Laravel (10+), PHP 8+, Eloquent ORM
• Frontend: Livewire, Alpine.js, TailwindCSS (Bootstrap currently being phased out)
• Admin: Laravel Nova
• Planned migration: Inertia.js + Vue.js
• Infrastructure: Laravel Forge, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean
What You’ll Do
• Maintain and enhance existing features across multiple Laravel projects
• Implement new functionality within our CRM and gaming-related systems
• Resolve reported issues and assist in debugging backend processes
• Collaborate with QA and peers to ensure high-quality, tested, and maintainable code
• Participate in two-week sprints with horizontal team collaboration
• Engage in AI-assisted code reviews, peer validation, and final QA testing sessions
• Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and maintainability
What We’re Looking For
• Solid experience in Laravel development (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Eloquent, query optimization, and API design
• Comfortable with Livewire, Alpine.js, and TailwindCSS
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Vue.js and Inertia.js is a big plus
• Familiarity with Laravel Nova and multi-app environments
• Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and curiosity for complex systems
Nice to Have
• Experience in CRM, marketing, or iGaming systems
• Understanding of queues, jobs, events, and broadcasting in Laravel
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data caching, and performance tuning
• Comfortable working with Forge, Sentry, or GitHub Actions
